1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Enterprise AI for Executives™ (the “Product”) from AInomics, LLC. Payments are processed through Stripe.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
AInomics, LLC provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. A buyer may request a refund within 30 days of the order completion date. This guarantee does not limit any additional or non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are handled by AInomics, LLC. To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period, email sales@ai-nomics.us with the email address used for the purchase and your order number or invoice number, if available, so that we can locate your purchase.
4. Refund Processing
AInomics, LLC processes approved refunds through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the buyer’s bank or payment provider.
5. Effect of a Refund
If a refund is issued, the buyer’s license and right to access or use the refunded Product terminate. The buyer must discontinue use of the Product and any copies made under the refunded license.
6. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted. Where applicable law provides greater rights, those rights control.
