Technology & AI
Understanding what the technology enables—and where organizational capability remains the limiting factor.
AInomics™ develops organizational AI fluency that helps people turn Enterprise AI technology into shared capability and Customer Value.
AInomics is supported by a developing team whose experience spans technology, business, law, organizational decision-making, education, financial services, design, and the practical use of AI in real work.
Understanding what the technology enables—and where organizational capability remains the limiting factor.
Focusing on governance, behavior, handoffs, bounded rationality, incentives, learning, and Customer Value.
Turning concepts into useful products and letting real-world evidence determine what improves next.
Carlos Leyva is the founder of AInomics LLC. His career has crossed technology, entrepreneurship, publishing, and law—disciplines that repeatedly converge on the same organizational problem: making better decisions with incomplete information.
He is also the author of Silicon Stories, an earlier exploration of technology, knowledge management, organizational learning, and the changing economics of work.
AInomics grew from that practical perspective. Enterprise AI is treated not as an isolated technology initiative, but as an enabling technology whose value depends on People, Process, Platform, organizational behavior, and the discipline to learn from Reality.
The objective is deliberately pragmatic: give executives a useful framework for building AI fluency and turning technological possibility into Customer Value.
